Champion Cooling Systems — All-Aluminum Radiators & Cooling Parts
Champion Cooling Systems builds all-aluminum performance radiators for classic trucks, muscle cars and street rods. Every Champion radiator is US-designed and TIG-welded from aircraft-grade aluminum — no epoxy, no plastic tanks — with 100% leak-tested cores built to outlast the original equipment they replace.
Champion radiators are direct bolt-in designs with verified year, make and model fitment, so an all-aluminum radiator upgrade installs in the factory location without cutting or fabrication. Behind the radiator, Champion Cooling backs the core with electric fans, fan shrouds and relay kits engineered to work together as one system.
Whether the truck is a daily driver or the engine makes far more power than it did when it left the factory, there is a Champion configuration built to keep it cool.
Why Champion Radiators
- All-aluminum construction, TIG-welded from aircraft-grade aluminum — no epoxy, no plastic tanks
- Direct-fit designs with verified year, make and model coverage
- Significantly greater cooling capacity than original copper-brass equipment
- 100% leak-tested cores backed by a limited lifetime warranty
- Designed and supported in the United States
Champion Radiator Lines
Champion Cooling groups its radiators into series by core construction, so matching a radiator to an engine is a matter of how much heat it needs to shed.
EC Series — 2-Row Economy
Champion's entry point: a 2-row all-aluminum radiator with TIG-welded tanks and direct bolt-in fitment. A big step up in cooling capacity from a worn copper-brass original without the custom price tag.
CC Series — 3-Row Core
The most popular Champion radiator. A 3-row all-aluminum core adds coolant volume and surface area over the 2-row, sized for street cruisers, trucks that tow, and engines making more power than stock.
MC Series — 4-Row Core
Champion's 4-row all-aluminum core for the hardest-working setups — big-inch engines, air conditioning, hot climates and stop-and-go traffic — while still bolting into the factory location.
AE Series — 2-Row, 1-Inch Tubes
Two rows of oversized 1-inch tubes put more tube-to-fin contact in the airflow than a standard multi-row core. Each AE radiator ships with a free billet radiator cap.
ST Series — Stamped-Tank OEM Look
All-aluminum cooling with factory-style stamped tanks for restomods and restorations that need modern capacity under a stock-appearing top tank.
DP Series — Dual Pass
Dual-pass routing sends coolant across the core twice, keeping it in the airflow longer per lap through the system — a favorite for high-horsepower street and strip builds.
RS Series — Drag Racing
Champion's drag racing line, built light and compact for cars that spend their weekends at the strip.

Complete Cooling Systems
A radiator only works as well as the airflow behind it. Champion Cooling builds electric fans, fan shrouds and relay kits matched to its radiators, and our guided cooling wizard pairs them for you when you add a radiator to your cart — so the shroud seals to the core and the fan pulls through it, not around it.

Warranty
Champion Cooling Systems products carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects, up to a maximum of 8 years from the date of purchase, to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
Warranty claims are resolved by Champion Cooling Systems, and the remedy — repair, replacement, or refund — is at the manufacturer’s discretion. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase. If you believe your product has a manufacturer defect, contact us and we will help you start the RMA process with Champion on your behalf.
Champion Cooling Systems FAQ
Are Champion radiators any good?
Yes. Champion radiators are all-aluminum, TIG-welded from aircraft-grade aluminum with no epoxy and no plastic tanks, and every core is 100% leak tested. They deliver significantly greater cooling capacity than the copper-brass equipment they replace and bolt into the factory location.
Where are Champion radiators made?
Champion Cooling Systems is a US-based manufacturer, and their radiators are designed, supported and warrantied in the United States.
What warranty do Champion radiators come with?
Champion Cooling Systems products carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects, up to a maximum of 8 years from the date of purchase, to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. See the warranty section on this page for how claims are handled.

Which Champion radiator do I need — 2-row, 3-row or 4-row?
More rows mean more coolant volume and surface area. A 2-row EC or 1-inch-tube AE core covers most stock and mildly upgraded engines, the 3-row CC suits modified street engines and towing, and the 4-row MC is built for big power, air conditioning and hot climates.
