1. General Terms

Welcome to Truck N Auto Parts. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this site.

All orders placed through this site are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders affected by suspected fraud, product availability, or errors in product or pricing information. While we work hard to keep listings accurate, pricing and typographical errors can occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to correct the error and to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, even after the order has been confirmed. If your payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, we will issue a full refund.

2. Shipping Damage

We stand behind every shipment. If your product arrives damaged in transit, we will replace it free of charge, provided you email us photos within 3 business days of delivery. Your email must include photos of:

  • The shipping box the product arrived in
  • The damaged product itself
  • For radiators: the manufacturer stamp showing the manufacture date

Claims reported after 3 business days from delivery are not automatically eligible for free replacement and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please inspect your order promptly upon arrival.

3. Manufacturer Defects & Warranty

Products that fail due to a manufacturer defect are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where the manufacturer offers one, and not by Truck N Auto Parts directly. Warranty coverage, duration, and remedies vary by manufacturer. See each manufacturer’s warranty terms on our manufacturer directory.

4. Returns & RMA Process

For warranty claims and defect-related returns, we facilitate creating the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with the manufacturer on your behalf. Once the RMA request has been created, you will receive directions from the manufacturer directly, and the resolution of the claim — repair, replacement, or refund — is at the manufacturer’s sole discretion.

Unused and uninstalled products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee is charged on all returns, provided the product is returned in its original condition. Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return under this policy. Contact us before shipping any return so we can provide instructions and the correct return address.

5. International Orders — Final Sale

We proudly ship worldwide. Every international order receives special packing treatment, including additional molded foam inside every box — a process with a flawless shipping-damage record to date.

Because of the cost and complexity of cross-border logistics, all international orders (shipped to any address outside the United States) are final sale: we cannot accept returns or exchanges on international orders for any reason. Shipping-damage claims under Section 2 (photos within 3 business days of delivery) are honored on orders shipped to Canada and Mexico only; for all other international destinations, orders ship entirely at the customer’s risk and no damage claims can be accepted. The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truck N Auto Parts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase, use, or inability to use any product sold through it, including but not limited to labor costs, towing charges, loss of use, or lost profits. In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them or your use of this site are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for the resolution of any such dispute.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
